    Ingredients:

    • Wheat flour - 400 g
    • Milk whey - 750 ml
    • Chicken egg - 2 pcs.
    • Salt - 1 teaspoon
    • Sugar - 50 g
    • Vegetable oil - 2-3 tbsp. spoons
    • Soda - 1 teaspoon

    Cooking plan:

    1. We start cooking thick pancakes with whey by preparing all the ingredients. Agree, it is very convenient when everything is on the table and you do not need to be distracted by searching for flour in the cupboard or eggs in the refrigerator. We measure wheat flour and sift through a sieve.

      We prepare the dough components for fluffy pancakes, put them on the work surface.

    2. Everything is ready on the table, we start baking whey pancakes. The recipe for lush pancakes has several secrets, now we will reveal everything. In a deep bowl with wide edges (to make it more convenient to knead), we sift the flour through a sieve, sifting will help the dough become homogeneous and make the pancakes more airy - this is our first secret. Add sugar and mix the ingredients.

    4. The second secret of lush pancakes is soda. But in order for the soda to start working in the test, it must be extinguished, included in the work. To do this, pour 1 teaspoon of soda with 50 ml of serum. Thanks to the acid, a chemical reaction begins and a lush foam is formed, the soda quenching process has started.

    7. Prepare the pan. With a culinary brush or feather, grease a pancake pan (or cast iron, like mine) with vegetable oil. Choosing a pan and heating it well is another secret to making pancakes with holes. In order for the pancakes to fry quickly and remain moist, not overdried, you should have a frying pan with a thick bottom. Well, in order for appetizing holes to form in pancakes, it must be warmed up very well before pouring the dough.

      We heat a pancake pan with a thick bottom well and grease it with vegetable oil.

    8. Pour a full ladle of dough into the pan, rotating the pan so that a layer of pancake dough covers the entire bottom, but does not go on the walls. Fry on this side for about 1-2 minutes over medium heat, until the surface becomes matte and the dough sticks to your finger.

    9. We pry the pancake with a fork, spatula or knife and turn it over to the other side - thanks to lubrication, it lags well behind the pan. We fry for another 30-40 seconds.
