    To bake really appetizing tasty and beautiful-looking chebureks, which would have a thin bubbly and crispy dough, you need to know a lot of gastronomic secrets related to the preparation of the dough. But we decided not to burden you with kneading cheburek dough, but to offer you to make incredibly delicious pasties from pita bread in a pan, which can also be called lazy or lazy (of course, loving). Such pasties from pita bread are not as oily as regular regular pasties, which, when frying, absorb a large amount of oil.

    According to the recipe, our pasties from pita bread are in no way inferior to the usual ones, they are just as juicy inside and have an attractive crispy edge.     Ingredients:

    • Mixed minced meat - 400 g;
    • Bulb - 1 piece;
    • Salt and suitable spices - by preference;
    • Egg (yolk) - 1 piece;

    Step by step preparation:
