    • Carrots - 500 g
    • Egg - 2 pcs.
    • Flour - 150 g
    • Sour cream - 100 g
    • Sugar - 3 tablespoons
    • Salt - a pinch
    • Raisins - 80 g


    1. Let's prepare the ingredients. Peel and wash the carrots.

      We will prepare the necessary products for a start and, first of all, we will wash and clean the root vegetables

    2. Grate the carrots on a fine grater, squeeze the juice if possible.

    3. In a bowl with grated carrots, beat in eggs, add sour cream, flour, salt, sugar.
