    Ingredients for buns

    • 90 ml of warm water;
    • 65 g of sugar;
    • 1/2 teaspoon of salt;
    • 3 eggs;
    • 140 g of butter;
    • 2.5 cups of flour;
    • 1.5 tsp. of dry yeast.

    How to cook buns in the bread maker

    1. To start, all you need is to place all ingredients as indicated in the recipe into a bowl. First, pour water, then put the sugar, because we will have sweetened buns in the bread machine.

      In a bowl, pour some water, then add the sugar.

    2. Next, add some salt.

      Now we salt the future dough.

    3. Melt the butter. You may not use melted butter, just make sure it’s room temperature. The main thing that it is not straight from the fridge.

      Butter should be melted or just softened. 

    4. Put butter in a bowl of the bread machine.

      Add some butter to the dough.

    5. Add two eggs now. The third egg we'll need to lubricate the rolls.

      Break two of the three eggs in the bowl.

    6. Add the flour.

      Add flour now.

    7. Pour the yeast, put the bowl in the bread machine, select the ''dough" mode and quietly wait when the timer calls. This happens in approximately one and a half hour.

      Now put the dry yeast and turn on the ''dough" mode.

    8. The dough is ready now.

      The dough is made now.

    9. Mold the dough into small buns, spread them on baking sheet not far from each other. Use parchment.

      Form little buns and lay them on a baking tray covered with parchment approximately 2 cm apart from each other.

    10. Cover the oven tray with bread buns with a cling film and leave for 30-40 minutes in a warm place.

      Now cover them and leave for about 30 minutes in a warm place.

    11. When the buns have "grown up", remove the cling film and send the tray in the preheated oven at 180F for 10 minutes.

      Buns should be baked at 180F for about 10 minutes.

    12. We get the rolls out and grace them with beaten egg. Again, send it in the oven for 3-4 minutes.

      Ready buns should be removed from the oven and greased with  egg and then again it is necessary to return them to the oven for another 3 minutes.
