    The history of Bread Maker

    Oat bran's major advantage is that the fiber portion is represented in a special, easily soluble form. And it is a significant difference from wheat bran, rye and other grains.  Rough fiber contained in oat bran, being not digested, are like brush of the intestinal tract, cleaning and doing detoxification. Fiber promotes intestinal microflora, which synthesizes vitamin B which is responsible for brain activity, energy metabolism, full operation of the immune and nervous systems, skin condition. By the way, deficiency of vitamins Group B is a frequent phenomenon, so oat bran must necessarily be present in our diet.

    Add to this a large number of proteins with an exceptional collection of amino acids. For example, lysine, which is necessary for the prevention of osteoporosis, atherosclerosis, and essential for the growth of bone and connective tissue, the correct functioning of the immune system, production of enzymes collagen, antibodies and hormones.     Ingredients for the bran bread:

    • 170 ml of milk
    • 1 tbsp. of olive oil
    • 1 tsp. of salt
    • 1 tbsp. of sugar
    • 1 ¾ cup of wheat flour
    • 4 tbsp. of oat bran
    • 1 tsp. of dry yeast

    Bran bread preparation instructions:

    1. Pour the milk in a bowl of the bread maker. It can be a little pre-heated.

      Pour warm milk in the breadmaker.

    2. Add some olive oil.

      Then,  pour a little olive oil.

    3. It’s time to add the salt.

      Put some salt in salt.

    4. Then add the sugar, preferably brown which is healthier.

      Do not forget to add the sugar, preferably brown one.

    5. Pour the flour into a bowl.

      Now it's time to pour the flour.

    6. Add the oat bran.

      It is important to add some oat bran.

    7. Finally, add the yeast.

    9. After a little less than three hours, we get this handsome bread loaf. We take  it out of the bowl bran bread.

      After about 2 and a half hours of you’ll get the same bread as shown in the photo.

    10. Completely cool down the bread and only after that you can chop it. It’s worth noting that the bran bread is more dense than the ordinary one.

      Before you cut the bread it should be cooled. Don’t be afraid if the bread is too dense, that’s all right.
