The scientists claim that you don't have to exclude pastries from your daily diet if you want to keep fit. However, you should remember that the best time to eat it is before noon.     What ingredients do you need to cook it?

    • 2 cups of heat flour -
    • 2 cups of fresh strawberries
    • A tablespoon of lemon juice
    • 8 tablespoons of sugar
    • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
    • ½ teaspoon of salt
    • 2/3 cup of cream
    • 100 grams of butter

    Follow this simple steps to make your strawberry cookies:

    1. To start with, control all the ingredients you need to have: flour, butter, cream, strawberries, sugar, baking powder, salt and lemon juice (you won’t see it on the picture now, but it will appear later).

      Before starting just take a look if you’ve got everything you need for your cookies.

    2. Add sugar and baking powder to the flour and mix them all. By the way, you may use one teaspoon of baking soda instead of two teaspoons of baking powder, and you’ll get thicker dough.

      Whip the following ingredients in the deep bowl: flour, sugar, salt and baking powder or soda.

    3. Add butter now. Of the butter is soft, the mixing process will go much faster and we will get the dough of necessary consistency. Just as you see on the picture.

      Add some soft butter.

    4. Pour the cream in the bowl with dough. You may use 10% or 20% fat cream. In this case, we used 10% one.

      Now add some cream and choose the fat percentage you like.

    5. Whip everything thoroughly. Now you have sticky and dense dough.

      All the contents should be mixed well.

    6. Wash strawberries and cut it into small pieces. Then sprinkle them with lemon juice.

      Cut fresh strawberries and sprinkle them with juice.

    7. Add strawberries to the dough and mix it carefully. As you see, the dough quickly turns rose.

      Add the pieces of strawberry to the dough.

    8. Preheat the oven to 350F. Cover the over-tray with parchment and lay out the pieces of dough on it using tablespoon (better use spoon for ice cream).

      Using the tablespoon, lay out the dough on the over-tray.

    9. Keep it in the oven for 25 minutes. You should always remember that one oven differs from another, so watch the cookies after nearly 20 minutes.

      Bake the cookies for 20-25 minutes at 350F.
