    We devoted another review of hozOboz to a not quite traditional, but very tasty meat dish called steak. Having seen our recipe, you are unlikely to recognize the classic version - it is rather something of an author. Meanwhile, hozOboz hopes that this interpretation will take its rightful place in your personal cookbook and you will cook it with pleasure. First of all, we pay attention to the fact that for our recipe we chose minced pork steak. We stopped at pork for a reason, in our opinion, it is pork steak that turns out to be the most fragrant and juicy.

There is also a lot of zinc in pork, and it significantly stimulates all immune processes and magnesium, on which the work of the heart and the musculoskeletal system depends. Iron in pork helps blood formation, and selenium protects against free radicals and prevents cancer. All these facts apply to meat cooked on the grill, steamed or in the oven without the addition of excess fat, even vegetable;
