    Historians believe that bread first appeared in the Neolithic era and did not look at all the same today, but like porridge baked on stones heated by the sun. It was the same baked tortillas that were the basis of the diet for many peoples with a difference in the main ingredient. So the Sumerians prepared cakes from barley, but the first wheat bread was found in the burials of the Tochars, dated back to 1800 BC. In the modern world, under the name "bread" is meant the product of cereals made from flour, which are basic for a particular region. It can be wheat, rye, millet, oats, sorghum, corn, good, etc.

    It goes without saying that our region is most famous for plantings of wheat and therefore wheat bread is almost the basis of our diet. Sourdough bread, in turn, also belongs to the oldest of the methods, because few people know that when painting, ordinary bacteria are the main working tool. Simply put, the dough was simply left outdoors for preparation. In fact, we will do about the same thing to make a wheat leaven for bread at home. We simply mix the starter components and let it ferment for 12 hours. And only then will we start cooking and bake wheat bread in the oven, although if you wish, you can also use a bread maker.
