There are, nevertheless, dishes which can be cooked in about half an hour and at the same time they’re healthy and yummy. That’s about our new dish - Salmon with cream sauce. The recipe of the such we present you today can be used with other kind of dish.

    It’s unlikely that anyone know when a human being has started fishing. Obviously, the dish was first baked on an open fire, then oven and grill was invented and we still cook fish using them. There is plenty if salmon recipes, this fish can be marinated, baked with sauce, or boiled in a soup. Today HozOboz recommends you to bake it with cream sauce, but first some healthy feature of the dish.

    List of ingredients

    • 1 salmon steak
    • 1/2 tsp. of salt
    • 1/3 tsp. of ground black pepper
    • 1 tsp. of dried herbs (rosemary, thyme, tarragon)
    • 1 tbsp. of vegetable oil
    • 50 grams of butter
    • 100 ml of 10% cream
    • 50 grams of cheese
    • 5 grams of dill
    • 1 yolk

    The preparation process

    1. Wash salmon stake and wipe it with a paper towel.

      Fish steak should be washed and dried.

    2. Rub the steak with salt and pepper.

      Carefully cover with steak with salt and pepper.

    3. Rub the fish with dried herbs now. The herb blends go perfectly with fish, but their use is not necessary here (although it is desirable).

      To improve the taste, rub the fish with your favorite herbs.

    4. Sprinkle salmon with olive oil.

      Pour a little olive oil on the steak.

    5. Place the steak in a baking dish. It’s recommended to use disposable baking dish which can be simply thrown away after cooking. Put fish in an oven preheated to 400F for abut 15 minutes.

      Place the fish in the dish and bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15 minutes.

    6. Once the fish is ready, we will make the sauce. To start,  rub some cheese.

      For the sauce, grate the cheese.

    7. Melt the butter in a stewpot. This should be done on a low heat. If you are not sure that everything will turn out, use bain-marie to cook it.

      On a low heat or a bain-marie melt the butter.

    8. Once the butter is melted, pour in the cream. Do not take it off the heat.

      Pour the cream in the melted butter and remove the sauce from the heat.

    9. Add some grated cheese to the stewpot.

      Now add some grated cheese to the stewpot.

    10. Cook on a low heat (or bain-marie), stirring constantly, until the mixture is smooth which will happen very soon.

      Return the saucepan with the sauce on a low heat and stir making the ingredients convert to a uniform sauce consistency.

    11. Next, add the chopped dill in the sauce. Whip everything.

      Add some chopped dill.

    12. Finally, add a yolk to the sauce.

      Stirring, add a chicken yolk to the sauce.

    13. Stirring constantly, cook the sauce until it thickens. It will take about few minutes.

      Then all the ingredients should be cooked and stirred for about 3 minutes.

    14. While we prepared sauce, fish is almost clotted in the oven. We take it out of the oven.

      Now, take out ready-made fish.

    15. Spread cream sauce on the salmon and return to the oven for another 7-8 minutes.

      Spread cooked sauce on the salmon, then put the dish in the oven for 8 minutes.

    16. Baked salmon in cream sauce is ready bow. Serve it immediately! Of course, place your fish in a plate and garnish with herbs if you like.

    Salmon is considered a great fish thanks to its taste and undeniable benefits.     The healthiest salmon is that which lives in natural conditions, that is, in seas and rivers, but not in artificial reservoirs. The whole secret lies in the fact that the benefits of this fish depends largely on what it feeds itself. In fish farms it is usually special substances with the addition of dyes to make the color of salmon meat look more vivid. Of course, the quality of the fish does not get better after it. Therefore, while buying fish, pay attention to the fact that it has to be of a very light pink color, not bright.
