An unexpected combination that requires careful study.

    History of the dish

    The first association with the word salad is a set of herbal ingredients with the addition of salt and vegetable oil, but at worst salad dressing. The first salad and its invention are attributed to Ancient Rome, and then there were not so many products: parsley, onion, endive, as well as a sauce of pepper, salt and honey with vinegar. Something similar can certainly be found today. And now a salad with beef, avocado, and sometimes pickles, corn and other ingredients seems to destroy the picture of an ideal salad in the bud.

    Who came up with the idea of ​​mixing the immiscible and who decided to cook salads so hearty and rather heavy? Question with an answer. The first who decided to add meat to the salad were the Germans. They make such salads to this day and they are so popular that they have even become a national treasure. Our salad with beef meat and its recipe is a kind of interpretation of the traditional meat salad, which, nevertheless, will not leave anyone indifferent. So let's get started right away.


    • Beef (without veins) - 300 g
    • Avocado - 1 pc.
    • Carrots in Korean - 200 g
    • Fetu cheese - 250 g
    • Olive oil - 3 tbsp.
    • Oregano - 1 tsp
    • Soy sauce - 2 tsp
    • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
    • Sesame - to taste


    1. Prepare the ingredients.

    2. Put a piece of beef in a saucepan, fill it with water and cook for about 1 hour.
