Almost every national cuisine has an analogue of such an uncomplicated dish. In Italy, this is lasagna, in Greece - moussaka, in England - pudding and gratin in France. In the vastness of the CIS, noodles are well known, and the casserole itself is prepared with a variety of fillings from cabbage and meat to potatoes and carrots. And often you can find unexpected combinations, such as a casserole of pumpkin, potatoes and minced meat at the same time. Think it's not tasty? Well, in vain, delicious and even very good.     • Minced meat (any) - 500 g
    • Potatoes - 700 g
    • Pumpkin (peeled) - 300 g
    • Carrots - 1 pc. (85 g)
    • Bulb onions - 1 pc. (70 g)
    • Salt - 1 tsp
    • Egg - 2 pcs.
    • Milk - 150 ml
    • Fresh herbs (I have parsley) - 2-3 branches


    1. Prepare the ingredients for the potato, minced meat and pumpkin casserole. Peel and wash potatoes, onions and carrots. Remove the peel and seeds from the pumpkin. Rinse the herbs.

      We will prepare the products necessary for the casserole: potatoes, frying ingredients, minced meat and, of course, pumpkin. Wash, peel and dry the vegetables

    2. Put potatoes in a saucepan, add water, cook until soft (20 minutes from the moment of boiling).

    3. Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots on a coarse grater.

    4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and put chopped carrots and onions, fry over medium heat until soft.

    5. Grate the pumpkin pulp on a coarse grater.

    6. The potatoes are boiled by this point. Drain the boiling water, pour 100 ml of milk into the pot to the potatoes, crush the mashed potatoes with a crush.

    7. Grease the mold with a thin layer of vegetable oil using a pastry brush. Put half of the puree on the bottom and distribute in an even layer. Put the whole chopped pumpkin in the next layer.

    8. Put a layer of minced meat on top of the pumpkin.

    9. On which to distribute the onion-carrot mixture (together with vegetable oil). Season with salt.

    10. Place the rest of the mashed potatoes in the last layer.

    11. Prepare the filling: drive eggs into a bowl, add finely chopped greens, pour the remaining milk, add salt, shake until a homogeneous mixture.

      For pouring, combine beaten eggs, chopped herbs and milk. The finished filling should be salted and shaken well

    12. Spread the prepared egg mixture over the surface of the potato layer.

    13. Place the completed form in an oven already preheated to 180 degrees for 45 minutes. An indicator of readiness will be the ruddy surface of the casserole.
