And the first official recipe for such a dish is considered to be published in 1770 - this is pasta with bechamel sauce and cheddar cheese from Elizabeth Ruffald. And despite the fact that here the pasta is poured with sauce and covered with grated Parmesan - this recipe is still French. In 1784, a recipe appeared no longer for casseroles, but for boiled pasta, which is then poured with thick cream and butter and subsequently covered with cheese and sprinkled with pepper. In this version, the recipe has taken root everywhere. We offer you such spaghetti with cheese in a pan.


    • Spaghetti - 200 g
    • Cream - 200 ml
    • Parmesan cheese - 100 g
    • Salt - 1 tbsp. l.
    • Olive oil - 2 tbsp. l.


    1. Boil spaghetti in salted water until tender.
