This is the case when a very unusual creation is obtained from the most common products. We all pickle cucumbers, salt them and even prepare different salads from them, but you hardly dared to harvest them for the winter in such an outlandish way as this one. And today we will do nothing more than pickle cucumbers in tomato puree and call it all a cucumber salad in Georgian. But first, let's turn to history.
