Chopped cutlets are products made from finely chopped or chopped meat with special hatchets. I would like to separately stop on the methods of felling. You can finely chop the meat with a knife. You can also bring the meat into a minced state with a chop hammer. As a rule, larger-sized products can be made from coarsely chopped or minced meat than, say, from minced meat. So a chopped cutlet is usually about 10 cm long, and sometimes it reaches 5 cm in width. There are also giant cutlets, and the most famous example is kebab. But today we will not talk about him, but about another no less tasty dish - we are talking about chopped breast cutlets.
It is unlikely that fried cutlets can be called healthy food. And it doesn’t matter chopped cutlets or from simple minced meat, the recipe with frying is definitely not about a healthy lifestyle.
