    Ingredients:

    • Pollock (s / m) - 400 g
    • Egg (s1) - 3 pcs.
    • Carrot - 1 pc.
    • Onion - 1 pc.
    • Celery stalk - 1-2 stalks
    • Salt - to taste
    • Ground black pepper - to taste
    • Mayonnaise - 200 ml
    • Fresh parsley - to taste
    • For frying:
    • Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp.

    Cooking:

    1. Prepare the ingredients: defrost the fish, clean and wash the vegetables.
