    Eggplant or "blue" is a plant from the nightshade family, which is considered a berry, but for us it still remains a vegetable. One of its main advantages is its record high protein content. The homeland of eggplants is Asia and the Middle East. With time it have successfully spread throughout the world. Today, eggplant dishes can be easily found in any national cuisine, they are loved and revered for their excellent taste and ease of preparation. They are also indispensable in the diet of vegans and vegetarians - for them this product successfully replaces meat along with mushrooms. Filled eggplants and rolls like on our photo will be a great example of delicious and healthy food. So let's start cooking immediately.


    • Eggplant - 2 pcs.
    • Carrots - 400 g
    • Onion - 1 pc.
    • Dill - a small bunch
    • Garlic - 3-4 cloves
    • Salt to taste
    • Mayonnaise - about 1 tablespoon
    • Chopped black pepper - to taste
    • Vegetable oil - for frying

    How to make eggplant rolls - recipe with photo:

    1. First, we will prepare the necessary products;

    2. Grate the carrots and fry until tender, along with chopped smaller onions;

    3. Add chopped garlic;
