Today, eggplant dishes can be easily found in any national cuisine, they are loved and revered for their excellent taste and ease of preparation. They are also indispensable in the diet of vegans and vegetarians - for them this product successfully replaces meat along with mushrooms. Filled eggplants and rolls like on our photo will be a great example of delicious and healthy food. So let's start cooking immediately.
First of all, we will prepare the necessary ingredients
Chop onions and carrots and fry in vegetable oil until soft
Crush the peeled chives and put to the carrots
Carefully cut the eggplants into slices
Sprinkle the plates with salt and leave for 15 minutes to release the bitterness
We also cut the dill smaller
Add dill to the stewed vegetables
Put mayonnaise in stewed carrots
Mix the filling and add salt and pepper to taste
