    • 800 grams of chicken fillet

    • 2 carrots
    • 2 onions
    • 1 garlic (optional)
    • 1 cup of red rice
    • 6 pickled cucumbers
    • 2 tomatoes
    • 1 red bell pepper
    • 100 ml of vegetable oil
    • 1 tbsp. of sugar
    • 1 tsp utsho-suneli
    • 1 tbsp. hops-suneli
    • 4 liters of water
    • salt

    Steeply step recipe for pickle soup with rice and cucumber

    1. Prepare all the necessary pickle soup ingredeitns: chicken breast, milk sausages in a natural casing, red rice, pickled cucumbers, onions and garlic, carrots, potatoes, tomatoes, peppers, water, salt, sugar, vegetable oil and spices (utsho-suneli (so-called blue fenugreek) and hops-suneli).

      Spread on the table all the products you need for the preparation of pickle soup with red rice and cucumbers.

    2. Boil the chicken breast, removing the foam.

    3. Peeled and washed potatoes should be diced and added the chicken broth, from which you should have removed ready fillets before.
