    Ingredients:

    • Unpeeled shrimps - 300 g
    • Fresh cucumber - 1 pc. (320 g)
    • Low-fat sour cream - 100 g
    • Salt - Β½ tsp
    • Ground black pepper - Β½ tsp.
    • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
    • Fresh parsley - to taste

    Preparation:

    1. Let's prepare the ingredients. Wash the celery stalks, cucumber and fresh parsley. Defrost the shrimps.
