But in ancient times it was revered for its ability to strengthen the immune system, prevent atherosclerosis, heart disease and to deal with nervous disorders and increased anxiety.

    In addition, celery is sometimes called a male power. One more valuable product in the recipe is  chicken egg rich in protein, amino acids and vitamins, including choline. Do not forget about the benefits of the fresh Parmesan cheese, which is not just rich in protein and fats, but also has almost no cholesterol.     It’s time to start cooking our chicken salad with celery.

    The main ingredients you need to make a perfect chicken salad:

    • a chicken breast
    • 4 chicken eggs
    • 50 grams of celery
    • 100 grams of Parmesan cheese
    • 2-3 slices of garlic
    • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
    • home-made mayonnaise (if you like)
    • vegetables and greens (for decoration)

    You need to follow these basic steps to cook this salad:

    1. First of all, prepare all the necessary ingredients.

      It’s time to prepare the ingredients.

    2. Wash the chicken breast, marinate it in salt and black pepper, then grill it.

      Grease the breast with black pepper and salt to grill it afterwards.

    3. Place some home-made mayonnaise in the separate small bowl.

      Put mayonnaise int the bowl where we will make our sauce.

    4. Pour some lemon juice to the mayonnaise.

      Squeeze lemon juice in the sauce.

    5. Then squeeze the garlic and add it to the sauce too.

      Grind the garlic and add it to the dressing.

    6. Then mix thoroughly all the contents of the bowl and leave it for some time.

      Mix all the ingredients of the sauce and give it a rest for at least 15 minutes.

    7. Rub a celery root on a fine grater.

      Peel the celery root and rub it on a fine grater.

    8. Cut chilled chicken breast into small cubes.

      Chill the fillet and cut it into cubes.

    9. Rub the pre hard-boiled eggs on a fine grater.

      Boil the eggs fro 10 minutes, then chill them and rub finely.

    10. Then rub some Parmesan cheese and add it to the salad.

      Add some finely rubbed Parmesan.

    11. Then mix all the ingredients except the dressing.

      It’s time to mix everything except for sauce.

    12. Now it’s time to add the dressing.

      Add the dressing.

    13. Mix everything thoroughly and place some salad on each plate using a glass. Decorate it with greens and/or tomato.

      Now whip all the contents, then form the portions of the salad and place them on the plates. Add some greens of vegetables for decoration.
