History of chicken roulades

- spices (a mixture of peppers, turmeric, coriander)
Ingredients for the sauce:
- 600 ml of water
- 200 ml of sour cream
- 1 tbsp. of soy sauce
- salt and spices
How to cook chicken roulade (recipe with photo):
- First of all, prepare the necessary products;
To start, have all the ingredients ready for the base and filling.
- Mince the chicken breast;
Pass chicken breast through a meat grinder.
- Grind one onion and combine with meat;
Add minced onion to the meat.
- To make it juicy, add some cream to the chicken;
Add fresh cream to the meat.
- Now the stuffing should be salted and seasoned;
It's time to add salt and spices.
- Thoroughly mix and beat minced chicken;
Mix all ingredients and beat the meat in a bowl.
- In fry the sliced mushrooms in vegetable oil until soft;
Lightly fry chopped mushrooms in vegetable oil.
- Add chopped onion to the mushrooms;

- Pour a tablespoon of soy sauce;
Pour soy sauce.
- Add some spices now;

- Add more salt to the sauce can, if necessary;

- Make the sauce boil;
