    History of the dish

Tortillas are dough products that are prepared in the shape of a flat circle. It is the flat cakes that are considered to be traditional bread for the peoples of Asia: Tajiks, Uzbeks and Turkmens. As well as the indigenous population of Afghanistan and Kyrgyzstan. Nevertheless, the cakes are not the same everywhere and may or may not differ greatly from each other. Depending on the test, a distinction is made between:

There are also tortillas according to the method of preparation:

    The benefits of the dish

The most important thing that I would like to note in connection with this dish is the absence of yeast in it. It has long been well known that yeast bread does not bring much benefit to our body. This is why a yeast-free alternative is encouraged. Our cheese cake in a pan, a recipe with a photo of which we have prepared for you today, is an excellent illustration of delicious and healthy bread.
