    Cake ingredients

    • 2 average carrots
    • 200 grams of sugar
    • 6 oz. of vegetable oil
    • 150 grams of nuts (walnut or almond)
    • 200 grams of flour
    • 1.5 teaspoon of baking powder
    • 2/3 teaspoon of soda
    • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
    • 3 teaspoons of ground cinnamon
    • 3 teaspoon of dried ginger

    Cream ingredients

    • 150 grams of sugar powder
    • 125 grams of Philadelphia cream cheese
    • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
    • few drops of vanilla oil or essence
    • ground nuts and lemon zest for decoration

    How to cook a carrot cake

    1. Firstly, prepare all the ingredients;

      First of all, have all the ingredients prepared.

    2. Rub carrot on a course grater;

      Now, rub carrot.

    3. Pour the vegetable oil into the bowl;

      The first ingredient will be the vegetable oil.

    4. Now, add some sugar powder to the vegetable oil;

      Sugar goes to the bowl with oil.

    5. Then mix sugar and vegetable oil thoroughly;

      Vegetable oil and sugar should be mixed.

    6. Add the eggs;

    20. Afterwards, mix all the ingredients one more time;

      Mix the dough one more using a spoon.

    21. Butter the baking dish and sprinkle it with flour;

    22. Place the dough into the baking dish;

      Pour the dough into the baking dish.

    23. Put the cake into the preheat oven and bake it for 30-45 minutes (depending on the thickness of your cake) at 360F;

      Bake the cake for 30-45 minutes depending on the thickness of the dish.

    24. Check the if the cake is baked using a match or a toothpick;

      The toothpick should be dry after being inserted into the dough.

    25. Keep it in the baking dish for 20 more minutes, then place it onto the lattice until it  gets completely cool;

      Put the cake out of the baking dish 20 minutes after its removal from the oven and give it a chill.

    26. To make a cream, have some sugar powder;

      Now, get some sugar powder to make a cream.

    27. Now add the cream cheese to the sugar;

      Then add some cream cheese.

    28. Whip the cream using a fork;

      Mix the sugar and cheese using a fork.

    29. Add a tablespoon of lemon juice;

      Press out some lemon juice.

    30. Crush some more nuts;

      Crush the nuts, half of which is for the dressing, and a half - for the cream.

    31. Add some nuts to the cream;

      Half of nuts goes in the cream.

    33. Grease the surface of the chilled cake with cream;

    35. After all, sprinkle with crushed nuts;

      In the end, add some crushed nuts.
