    Ingredients for the battered fish:

    • 1 kg of frozen tilapia fish
    • 2 eggs
    • 4 tbsp of wheat flour
    • 3 tbsp corn flour
    • 200 ml of mineral water
    • 1/2  lemon
    • 1/2 orange (for the sauce, if desired)
    • salt and spices
    • vegetable oil

    1. Prepare the necessary products;

      Have all the products ready.

    2. Wash the fillet, dry, cut into pieces;

      The fish should be washed, dried with a paper towel and cut into rectangular pieces.

    3. Squeeze half a lemon on the fish;

      For the marinade, add fresh lemon juice.

    4. Now you need to salt the dish and leave to marinate for about 15 minutes;

      The fish should be salted and marinated for at least 15 minutes.

    5. To make the batter, break two eggs;

      Break the eggs in a bowl.

    6. Give them a whisk;

      Now, whisk the eggs.

    7. Salt them now;

      Add a pinch of salt.

    8. Season the batter as you like;

    9. Add some carbonated water to the batter;

    10. Now, a tbsp of corn flour;

      Add one tablespoon of corn flour to the dough.

    11. 2 tbsp of wheat flour in. Stir the batter and get rid of lumps;

      Then add 2 tablespoons of flour and mix everything to obtain the ideal consistency.

    12. In a separate bowl, combine the remaining corn and wheat flour;

      Mix 2 tablespoons wheat and corn flour in a bowl.

    13. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan;

      Pour the vegetable oil into the pan oil.

    14. Roll the fish first in flour, then dip into the liquid batter;

      First roll the pieces of fish in flour mixture, then dip it in batter.

    15. Spread the slices into the pan and fry a few minutes;

      Cook the fish on one side first.

    16. And now, turn over the fish pieces and fry them on the other side until golden brown;
