Unfreeze the puff pastry for 30-40 minutes and divide it into 12 equal parts or more.

Peeled cherries should be combined with sugar.

The cherries should be covered with starch so that they will not release excess juice.
Then cover cherries with another part of dough and fora a special pattern using fork.
Cover the over-tray with parchment and place the pastries there.
Grease each of them with a beaten egg.
Keep them in the oven for approximately 15 minutes at 400F.
Once the turnovers are ready, place them in a sealed container.
