Prepare the ingredients needed to cook cutlets.
With mincer, grind meat and add onions to it.
Twist in pre-minced meat white bread soaked in cream.
Break na egg in the forcemeat.
Add a pinch of salt.
Minced meat should be seasoned.
Potato should be cleaned and rubbed on a fine grater.
Combine potatoes with meat.
Manually mix all the stuffing ingredients and beat the meat throwing it 5 times in a bowl.

On one side of the bowl put a plate of water, on the other - salted and spiced breadcrumbs.
Do not touch the cutlets with dry hands.
Give it the shape of cutlets.
Push it between the palms.
Roll the cutlet in breadcrumbs.

Put a pan with oil on the heat.
Fry the cutlets on both sides.
